Biography

Justin Provvido is an Associate at Martin Clearwater Bell LLP, where he defends the Firm’s client doctors, hospitals, health care systems, and other medical professionals in a variety of medical malpractice matters.

Prior to joining MCB, Justin worked as an associate attorney at a full-service law firm in the New York area, where he represented clients in a variety of capacities, including commercial and real estate litigation. Specific responsibilities entailed drafting and preparing motion papers, pleadings, confidentiality agreements, interrogatories, subpoenas, and appellate briefs, as well as assisting in complex litigation and settlement agreements. Justin has also held positions as an associate attorney and senior paralegal at a New York area firm, where he represented both buyers and sellers in a variety of real estate transactions. Additionally, he has held legal internship and externship positions, which collectively provided significant experience in legal draftsmanship and research methods.

Justin received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2017. He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2021, where he received his Certificate in Real Estate Law with distinction, and where he was awarded both the Lisle Scholarship and the Lark-Barranco Merit Scholarship. Justin is admitted to practice in New York.
