Biography

Attorney Summary specializes in handling issues in both Criminal Defense and Civil matters.

Started as a public defender in 2005, went into private practice in 2007, have handled everything from minor traffic violations all the way to class A felonies, have taken hundreds of depositions, have successfully argued motions to suppress evidence, have tried cases in front of a jury, have tried cases in front of a judge, have handled criminal appeals for clients and generally work one on one with each of my clients. I am licensed in Missouri, Illinois and the Eastern District of Missouri and take cases in each of those jurisdictions.

Have been running a successful civil practice since 2007. My civil practice is primarily personal injury (car accidents and slip and falls), majority of my business comes from other attorneys referring me cases that need to be litigated. I work one on one with each of my clients from start to finish and handle all the court dates, depositions and trials. I am licensed in Missouri, Illinois and the Eastern District of Missouri and take cases in each of those jurisdictions.
