Biography

Justin Daley serves as Special Counsel at Hinman, Howard & Kattell in our Albany office. His practice focuses primarily on Construction, Labor & Employment and Commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Justin represented small to mid-size businesses, municipalities and non-profit organizations in employment and corporate law matters in New York City in both state and federal court. Justin also has experience in securities and constitutional law.

Justin handles litigation, including criminal defense, contract preparation, and policy drafting. While at St. John’s University, School of Law, Justin served on the Consumer Justice for the Elderly Clinic and Securities Arbitration Clinic in Queens, New York. He also interned at the New York City Police Department, Department Advocate’s Office assisting in claims of 4th Amendment violations in administrative court.
