Biography

Justin is an Associate in the firm's Charleston office, practicing in the areas of professional liability defense, construction litigation, premises liability litigation, and general litigation.

Justin graduated magna cum laude from Saint Leo University in 2021, with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in English. He was awarded the Academic Achievement Award for his research and writing for two policy papers submitted during his senior seminar course. Additionally, Justin played lacrosse and was named team captain in his senior year. Justin then attended the University of Massachusetts School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and was named valedictorian. While at UMass Law, Justin was a teaching assistant, research assistant, and the Managing Editor of the School's Law Review. Justin also served as a class senator on the Student Bar Association and helped to co-found the Sports, Entertainment, and Art Law Club.
