Justin Wilson

Justin Wilson, the founding attorney of My Dallas Criminal Lawyer, is a distinguished advocate in the realm of criminal defense. With an undergraduate and master’s degree from Baylor University and a juris doctorate from SMU Dedman School of Law, Justin’s journey began as an intern at the Collin County District Attorney’s Office. With a notable start by winning his first trial as a law student, he was soon hired as a prosecutor even before bar results were announced. Justin rapidly progressed to prosecuting felonies, contributing significantly to training new prosecutors and teaching DWI enforcement. In 2016, he shifted to criminal defense, founding his own law firm in 2020. His rapid ascent was recognized with accolades from Expertise and Super Lawyers as a Texas Rising Star. Beyond his practice, Justin engages in community service, speaking on critical legal topics and volunteering in Teen Court.
