Justine is a seasoned attorney who is not afraid to tackle complex legal challenges. She leverages her experience in both state and federal courts, along with a strong foundation in appellate law, to pursue optimal outcomes for clients. This comprehensive approach empowers her to effectively meet a client needs while being responsive to each client’s challenges.

With a diverse range of commercial litigation experience and corporate counsel experience, Justine has represented clients across various industries, including technology, hospitality, real estate development, construction, healthcare, and manufacturing. Her practical understanding of business operations allows her to provide insightful legal counsel, including on the intersection of law and technology. As a certified privacy professional (CIPP-E and CIPM), she provides strategic counsel to help clients stay compliant with the evolving regulatory requirements on privacy, AI and cybersecurity.

Before joining the firm, Justine was Senior Legal Counsel at a prominent fluid system manufacturing company. In this role, she managed a wide range of legal matters, including litigation and data privacy compliance for the business.
