Biography

Kacie Donovan focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, particularly intellectual property claims. Within intellectual property, Kacie has experience in trademark, trade secret, patent, copyright, cyberpiracy, unfair competition, and deceptive advertising litigation. Kacie also has experience in a wide variety of business disputes including those involving data breach, privacy, class actions, breach of contract, insurance coverage, commercial real estate, financial services, business tort, Arizona administrative law, law of lawyering, and other complex disputes.

She has participated in all phases of the civil litigation process, from temporary restraining order and preliminary injunctive relief to post-trial proceedings and appeals. Kacie has represented clients in state and federal court as well as arbitrations and mediations.
