Biography

Kaitlin Maller is an Attorney, specializing in premises liability cases in Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

During her time in law school, Kaitlin honed her trial advocacy skills as an active member of both the Moot Court team and the Mock Trial team. These experiences provided her with valuable opportunities to learn and refine her courtroom abilities. Additionally, Kaitlin actively volunteered at the Bay Area Legal Services and gained invaluable insight and passion for assisting others. As an intern at the State Attorney's Office, she further developed her legal expertise and solidified her dedication to pursuing justice.

Before joining the firm, Kaitlin served as an Assistant State Attorney, where she successfully prosecuted numerous cases. Her commitment to seeking justice and ensuring the well-being of her community motivated her.

Kaitlin is admitted to practice in Florida and is a proud member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association.
