Biography

Kaitlyn Fowler is an associate in the firm’s Birmingham office, where she focuses her practice on general liability matters.

Previously Kaitlyn spent extended summers working as a law clerk at Hall Booth Smith, where she assisted attorneys with legal research, drafting motions and memoranda, and preparing for depositions. She also gained valuable litigation experience as a law clerk with the Office of the Attorney General in Montgomery, Alabama.

Kaitlyn earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. During law school, she served as director of mediation on the alternative dispute resolution board, senior associate editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, and Treasurer of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association student chapter. She received her Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in psychology from Georgia Southern University.
