Connie Keng is an associate in Greenberg Traurig’s Tax Practice. Connie focuses on domestic and international U.S. federal income tax matters. She assists with due diligence for acquisitions of U.S. and foreign targets, investment fund structuring, and cross-broader transactions.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Connie worked at a multinational investment bank as vice president of federal tax compliance. In this role, she oversaw U.S. tax reporting for the firm’s investing and lending businesses within the asset management division. Connie's background also includes positions at public accounting firms, where she gained experience in tax compliance for private equity real estate funds, financial service tiered partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.

Connie is a Certified Public Accountant.
