Kale Ludwig

Kale Ludwig is a dedicated attorney with a strong and diverse educational foundation. He earned his degree in Business Administration from Auburn University, where he was an active member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2011 and broadened his legal perspective through international study at Downing College, University of Cambridge in England.

With over a decade of legal experience, Kale is licensed to practice in both Arkansas and Missouri. His primary areas of focus are personal injury law and criminal defense, particularly auto accident cases. He is known for his passionate advocacy and strategic representation of clients facing criminal charges or recovering from injuries caused by negligence.

Kale also continues to handle a wide range of civil litigation matters, including complex land transactions, trucking accidents, nursing home negligence, railroad grade crossing incidents, product liability, contract disputes, and class action and mass tort cases. He has represented plaintiffs in high-stakes litigation involving defective and dangerous products such as RoundUp, Johnson & Johnson’s Baby Powder, Zantac, Paragard, infant formula, and Paraquat.

Deeply committed to his community, Kale is a member of the Arkansas Outdoor Society and serves as President of the Learning Center Administrative Committee at St. James United Methodist Church.
