Kamela Devole is the Managing Partner of WSHB’s Philadelphia office, and an accomplished attorney with extensive experience as a litigator in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation and defends individuals and businesses in catastrophic injury claims.
Kamela represents insurance producers, brokers and financial advisors in professional liability errors and omissions claims. She defends architects, engineers, developers, general contractors and other construction professionals in construction litigation.
In addition, Kamela handles medical malpractice matters, where she defends health care providers in multiple major medical sub-specialties, including emergency medicine, surgery, radiology, gastroenterology, labor and delivery, and gynecology, among others.
She handles all aspects of litigation and has successfully handled numerous multi-party mediations.
Kamela is passionate about providing pro bono representation to low-income Philadelphia residents within her community. She also serves as an Arbitrator for the Compulsory Arbitration Program of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.
She has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star in the practice area of civil litigation and has received the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch recognition for Litigation - Construction and Personal Injury Litigation - Defendants in Philadelphia, PA.
Kamela is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, as well as the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Kamela is fluent in Albanian.
