Karen Lee Wagner

Karen Lee Wagner has extensive experience in the areas of professional liability, construction law, general liability defense, vertical transportation defense, and public sector law. She handles all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts including appeals, motion practice, depositions, and mediations.

She defends a diverse array of clients including architects, property owners, managing agents, doctors, and other medical professionals. Ms. Wagner has also provided counsel to private and public sector clients, including domestic and international insurance companies, and governmental entities.

Additionally, Ms. Wagner has litigated other complex matters in state and federal courts including tort litigation defense, municipal law, land use and development, tax certiorari, health care defense, environmental litigation, and property rights.

Ms. Wagner is fluent in both English and Spanish.
