Karl C. Seman, Esquire, is a founding member of KCS Law, specializing in DWI and criminal defense across Nassau and Suffolk Counties. With over 35 years of experience, Mr. Seman is a seasoned litigator known for his pragmatic approach. His background includes serving as a Felony Trial Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County and extensive experience in criminal and DWI defense. His practice covers a wide range of cases, from traffic violations to serious charges like vehicular manslaughter and murder. Notably, Attorney Seman is well-versed in the scientific principles of chemical testing and has completed a specialized police course on detecting impaired drivers. Beyond criminal defense, he handles corporate and individual white-collar offenses.
