Biography

Karolina Kuzniak focuses her practice on real estate and land development. Karolina assists foreign and domestic investors, providing advice on all legal aspects of real estate, including acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties, forward funding transactions and real estate financing projects. She is also experienced in handling lease agreements, corporate restructuring processes of real estate sector companies (including mergers and transformations) and day-to-day matters involving commercial, administrative and civil law matters.
