Kassandrah Marie Martinez is an Associate in the firm's West Palm Beach office. She practices in the areas of consumer law, corporate compliance, fraud litigation, personal injury, general civil litigation, premises liability and product liability.Ms. Martinez earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida in 2022, where she was a Pegasus Scholarship recipient from 2019 - 2022. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2025. Ms. Martinez served as Treasurer of the Business Law Society during law school and actively provided legal assistance through Seminole County Legal Aid & Pro Bono Services. She also volunteered with the Orange County Bar Association during that time.Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Martinez gained valuable experience working for a civil litigation firm in Orlando, handling breach of contract, defamation and general liability matters.
