Biography

Kate Albin practices out of the Broward office of Morgan & Morgan and works exclusively on workers' compensation claims. She handles claims in the counties of Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, Indian River, and Broward counties.

Ms. Albin was born and raised in Illinois, and attended college at the University of Illinois, where she earned a BA in economics with honors. She subsequently attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law where she graduated in December 2010, cum laude.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Ms. Albin represented employers, municipalities, and insurance companies in workers' compensation claims. Now, Ms. Albin uses the knowledge she gained there to better represent injured workers.
