Biography

Kate represents corporations, developers, builders, and individuals in the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, development and operation of commercial real estate projects throughout the United States. Kate’s typical projects include negotiation and preparation of acquisition documentation, identification and resolution of title, development, and third party issues, and management of closings to completion.

A Raleigh native, Kate has been active in the real estate industry for more than a decade. Prior to joining Adams | Howell in 2013, Kate’s experience included commercial real estate leasing and development, corporate relocation, and residential real estate closings. Kate has been a North Carolina licensed Real Estate Broker since 2005.
