Kate has 18 years of experience providing construction advice to leading real estate clients. Kate’s practice includes managing the interrelationship between construction, real estate, corporate and finance documents, advising on procurement, drafting and negotiating all construction documentation on development projects, drafting and negotiating the construction aspects of real estate and real estate finance documents and carrying out detailed construction due diligence for funders and purchasers of high value real estate assets.
