Kate M. Wittlake handles a wide range of complex commercial litigation and products liability matters. She represents clients in trials and mediations, drafts settlement agreements, manages discovery, and authors critical motions. Using her knowledge of health care law, Kate counsels pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers on regulatory compliance and a variety of products liability issues.
