Biography

Kate McGrath Ellis graduated from the University of Montana School of Law and clerked for the Montana Supreme Court for two years before entering private practice. Kate is admitted to practice law in Montana and Oregon and is a member of the Montana State Bar, Oregon State Bar, and American Bar Association. Kate's practice focuses primarily on employment law, insurance law, and civil litigation. Kate is the former President of the Lewis and Clark County Bar Association and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Montana Bar Association.
