Katie represents clients in a variety of labor and employment matters.Prior to joining Brach Eichler, Katie handled federal and state litigation at firms in New York, where she represented clients in a wide range of issues including intellectual property, commercial, and general liability matters. She also served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Thomas R. Vena, J.S.C. and the Hon. L. Grace Spencer, J.S.C. of the New Jersey Superior Court in Essex County.Originally from San Diego, California, Katie graduated from California State University San Marcos with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. While at Seton Hall, she served as a student attorney in the school’s Health Justice Clinic assisting veterans in discharge upgrade matters.
