Biography

Katharina Lorenz is Counsel in the Labor & Employment Practice in Germany and part of the fully integrated special unit “GT Labor Lab”.

She regularly advises national and international clients on employment law aspects (individual and collective employment law) as well as in the context of corporate law transactions. The focus of Katharina’s work includes drafting employment law contracts, advising on dismissals and on the cross-border deployment of employees. Her knowledge also includes virtually all aspects of restructuring and operational changes, works constitution law issues, public service law and compliance. She is experienced in labor law litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Katharina worked for several years in the employment law teams of HYAZINTH and Wegnerpartner in Berlin. She has been a certified specialist lawyer for employment law since 2018.
