Katherine Vasconez is a senior associate in WSHB's Ontario, California office.

With over ten years of experience as a corporate attorney, she specializes in corporate transactions and business litigation. Katherine provides strategic legal insight to help clients navigate complex business challenges. She has served as in-house counsel for several tech companies, leveraging her business acumen to assist CEOs in executing their vision.

Katherine graduated with honors from USC's Marshall School of Business and the University of San Francisco School of Law. She is fluent in Spanish, Italian, and French.
