Katherine E. LaDow

Katherine (Katie) is an associate in the litigation department. She concentrates her practice in the areas of state and federal civil litigation, municipal litigation, government liability & civil rights defense, family law, personal injury and workers compensation. She represents individuals, small and large businesses and municipalities in a wide array of employment and tort-based disputes.

Katie has experience in handling all aspects of civil litigation, including trial preparation, motion practice, deposing fact witnesses, consulting with expert witnesses, propounding and responding to discovery, reviewing documents for privileged and confidential information and conducting settlement negotiations.

Prior to joining Lamb McErlane, Katie served as a summer law clerk at Lamb McErlane and as a law clerk with the Honorable Ann Marie Wheatcraft, Chester County Court of Common Pleas.

While attending Temple University Beasley School of Law, Katie was appointed as a Teaching Assistant for the school’s Legal Research and Writing Program and for a first year Contracts course.
