Biography

Katie McKinley is a shareholder in the firm’s litigation practice group where she has been practicing since 2001. Katie practices in both state and federal courts and handles a variety of civil litigation cases at the trial and appellate levels, including personal injury defense, products liability, insurance defense, contract disputes, medical malpractice, food-borne illnesses and workers’ compensation exclusive remedy cases.

Katie has received the designation of Super Lawyer, Rising Star, by the Super Lawyer Magazine for the past three years. This places her among the elite 2.5% of Florida's attorneys to receive this honor who are under 40 years of age or in practice for less than 10 years.
