Biography

Katherine E. Loper specializes in personal injury litigation, medical malpractice and nursing home abuse, and estate litigation. Katherine received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her law degree from Cumberland School of Law. She is a member of the American Bar Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association, the Florida Bar and the Jacksonville Justice Association. Katherine is licensed to practice in all State courts within the State of Florida, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Alabama, and Northern and Middle District of Florida. Ms. Loper was raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She is married with two children. When not actively representing her clients, Katherine enjoys running, scrapbooking, and spending time with her two young boys. Katherine is a member of the alumni board for her high school and has been actively involved with the March of Dimes in the past.
