Katherine Koller

Katherine is an Associate Attorney in the San Diego office of Borton Petrini, LLP, focusing on civil litigation. Katherine went to Lincoln Law School of San Jose, where she earned her J.D. in 2024.

During her time at Lincoln Law, Katherine distinguished herself academically and in advocacy, receiving the award for Best Written Brief in her moot court class, a recognition of her precise legal writing and analytical skills.

Prior to joining Borton Petrini, LLP, Katherine gained valuable experience working as a law clerk and in-house paralegal at a civil litigation firm. There, she supported attorneys through all phases of litigation, deepening her understanding of case strategy, discovery, and client communication. Katherine’s hands-on personal injury experience equipped her with a strong foundation in civil litigation, and a passion for standing up for clients.
