Biography

Katherine Wallman has extensive experience in franchise and distribution law. She began her career at firms in Washington D.C., working in both transaction and litigation for franchise and intellectual property clients. She later served as in-house counsel for DineEquity, the parent company of Applebee's and IHOP where she negotiated and finalized franchise agreements and multi-unit development contracts. Ms. Wallman joined Lewitt Hackman's Franchise & Distribution Practice Group in 2017.
