Biography

Katherine received her undergraduate degree from Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas and her law degree from Southern Methodist University. While at SMU, she received the Judge Elmo Hunter Award for public interest advocacy and became licensed as a mediator. As a court-appointed mediator, she facilitated dispute resolution across a wide range of practice areas and exposure levels. Since law school, Katherine has practiced civil defense litigation exclusively, handling disputes from inception to resolution for Fortune-500 companies. Katherine is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Tarrant County Bar Association. Katherine is an associate in the firm.
