Biography

Kathy’s practice involves structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial and residential real estate transactions, commercial lending transactions, property sales and acquisitions, leasing transactions, and various corporate matters. She often represents lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured credit transactions. Kathy also represents many developers and leasing companies. With her hands-on approach, she ensures that each client gets the time and attention needed to achieve his or her goal.

Kathy received her Bachelor of Arts from Connecticut College, her law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law, and is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut.

Kathy is an avid New York Yankee fan and enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.
