Biography

Katherine Hiraoka is an associate in the firm’s litigation department, where her areas of practice include business, construction, real estate, condominium litigation, and complex commercial litigation.

Ms. Hiraoka graduated summa cum laude from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, where she received several CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. During law school, Ms. Hiraoka served as an extern to the Honorable Mark E. Recktenwald, Chief Justice of the Hawaiʻi Supreme Court, and was a Technical Editor and member of the Publishing Committee for the University of Hawaiʻi Law Review.

Prior to joining LRVW as a full-time associate in 2022, Ms. Hiraoka was a summer associate with the firm in 2020 and 2021.
