Biography

Kathleen Carlow, Esq., LL.M., is a shareholder and attorney with the firm. She focuses her practice on tax law, estate planning, probate, trust administration, real estate and business planning. She has over a decade of experience representing individuals and businesses in general commercial matters, probate, and estate planning. Ms. Carlow also spent two years with the New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department handling property and commercial tax matters.

This mix of experience gives her a unique perspective that allows her to develop creative solutions to meet each client’s unique objectives.

She is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law, with distinction, and has a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Denver.

Ms. Carlow is a member of the New Mexico Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico.
