Biography

Kathleen Cox received her B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo in January 1974.

She received her Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo in May 1977. She was admitted to the New York State Bar and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York in 1978. She was later admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 1981, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in 1983 and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in 1985. Ms. Cox previously worked for Legal Services for the Elderly, in private practice and for 1115 Legal Services and Benefit Fund. She has been with Feldman, Kramer and Monaco since 2005.
