Biography

Kathleen D. Lambert, a native of south Louisiana and a 1989 graduate of the LSU-Hebert Law Center, has a broad legal background with nearly 30 years experience in litigation and general practice. Her diverse areas of practice have included Insurance Defense, Products Liability Defense, Toxic Tort/Environmental Defense, Transportation Law, Admiralty/Maritime, Contracts, Construction Law, Collections, General Business/Corporate, Immigration (Business, Family, Asylum and Removal/Deportation), Successions and Estates, Medical Malpractice (Plaintiff and Defense) Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, and General Litigation.

Ms. Lambert’s current practice focuses on defense of construction defect matters and personal injury matters.

Ms. Lambert has handled matters through all phases of dispute and dispute resolution, beginning with pre-suit negotiation, pleadings, discovery, mediation, trial or arbitration, and appeal.
