Biography

Kathleen Gallo, a partner with the firm, joined HPM&B in 2000. She represents institutional and corporate clients in product liability, professional liability and medical liability matters.

After her graduation, Kathleen began her practice in The District of Columbia and Maryland, where she defended corporate clients in cases involving products liability, insurance coverage, premises liability, and matters alleging liability under the Federal Employee’s Liability Act (FELA).

Upon her return to the New York area, she continued her practice in the area of products liability, premises liability, construction litigation and professional liability. She has tried numerous matters in Maryland and New York courts.
