Biography

Kathy focuses her practice on insurance coverage and insurance bad faith litigation - under commercial general liability policies as well as specialized coverages. In particular, she represents insurers in the mediation process. She also has experience defending high risk products liability cases, including cases involving asbestos exposure.

She has significant experience in the management and litigation of complex insurance coverage claims for prominent national insurance companies.

Kathy is licensed to practice in the state courts in Arizona, Georgia (inactive) and New Jersey, and in various federal circuit and district courts.
