Kathleen M. Phillips

Education: Kathleen graduated from San Joaquin College of Law with High Honors. While attending law school, Kathleen was the recipient of Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence in Civil Trial Practice, Employment Law, Wills and Trusts, and Real Property. Kathleen was the recipient of the Justice Pauline Davis Hanson Memorial Scholarship in 2008, recognizing women for outstanding academic achievement and commitment to service in the community, chaired by Fresno County Women Lawyers. Kathleen is a Member of the San Joaquin Agricultural Law Review and served as the Editor-in-Chief in 2008-2009. Publication: Kathleen was published by the San Joaquin Agricultural Law Review in 2008 for her Comment "Honeybee Nice to Your Neighbors: Solutions to the Dispute Between Beekeepers and Citrus Growers in California's San Joaquin Valley."
