Biography

Kathleen Choe practices Family Law and Civil Litigation matters.

Ms. Choe obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2010. In 2014, she received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, and was admitted to the California State Bar.

In practice, Ms. Choe has focused on Family Law matters, both simple and complex. She has tried cases involving multiple aspects of Family Law—child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and domestic violence. Ms. Choe has also prepared prenuptial agreements. In Civil Litigation, Ms. Choe has litigated business disputes, and trust and estate disputes.

Ms. Choe was a judicial extern for the Honorable Nathan Mihara of the Sixth District of the California Courts of Appeal and the Honorable and Jacqueline M. Arroyo of the Superior Court of Santa Clara County in California in 2012.

Ms. Choe has been involved in professional associations including the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Korean American Bar Association.
