Biography

Kathryn C. Cole represents large and small businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in virtually all aspects of federal and state court commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, and before federal agencies and regulatory bodies. Katy has considerable experience in all areas of complex litigation including contract claims, product liability claims, tort claims, consumer class-action claims and securities class-action claims.

Katy also advises clients on electronic data and cyber-related issues, including defensible eDiscovery in federal and state courts, guiding clients through the identification, preservation, collection, review, and production of documents. Katy works closely with clients to develop discovery plans and retention policies, advises on compliance with best practices, as well as the implementation and leverage of discovery analytics and technology assisted review platforms. Katy is a founding member and regular contributor to Greenberg’s blog: eDiscovery Watch.
