Kathryn Holloway, senior associate, joined Moran Kidd in 2007. Her practice is focused on workers’ compensation defense, representing employers, self-insured funds, carriers and third party administrators.Katie appears before the Judges of Compensation Claims throughout Florida to defend her clients on various issues, including compensability of accidents, occupational disease and exposure, controversy and contribution among carriers.Prior to joining the firm, Katie gained litigation experience as a certified legal intern for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Broward County.
