Biography

Kathy Felezzola joined Willman & Silvaggio in 2023. Prior to attending law school, Kathy graduated from Yale University in 2005 with a B.A and double majored in History and Economics. Ms. Felezzola then went on to earn her J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2011.

During law school, Ms. Felezzola focused her studies on litigation and interned at a local insurance defense firm that represented insurance companies in matters involving premise liability and product liability. Ms. Felezzola also worked in-house for the legal department of an oil and gas company, assisting in contract review and litigation related matters.

Prior to joining Willman & Silvaggio, Ms. Felezzola worked at the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office where she prosecuted felony, misdemeanor and summary charges in non-jury trials and negotiated plea agreements. She also worked for over 5 years in the oil and gas industry in the land department, reviewing contracts and leases and resolving curative and title issues pursuant to title opinions. Ms. Felezzola also worked as a fiduciary advisor for PNC Bank and administered trust accounts to ensure compliance with legal regulations, policies, and procedures.

Ms. Felezzola is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
