Biography

Katia De Loose is a Director, Corporate-Transactional Attorney at Atlas Air, Inc., a role she has had for the past two years. Mrs. De Loose is responsible for drafting and negotiating corporate contracts including ACMI agreements, CMI agreements, Program Charters and Passenger Charter agreements. Mrs. De Loose also provides assistance on litigation matters, aircraft damage claims and liability matters and prepares and reviews a wide variety of corporate contracts.

Mrs. De Loose serves as Chair of the Cargo Committee for the International Aviation Women Association for North America.

Mrs. De Loose earned her L.L.M in Air & Space Law from the Air & Space Institute of the University of Leiden, Netherlands in 2004, a Master of Law degree from l’Université Catholique de Louvain-La-Neuve, 2003 and a Bilingual Bachelor of laws (French/English) at the Faculté Universitaire de Saint-Louis, Brussels, 1999.
