Biography

Attorney Katie Kelly is a member of the firm’s estate planning and probate team, where she works with individuals, couples and families in all stages of life. Katie drafts wills, powers of attorney documents, and marital property agreements that help provide peace of mind for her clients. She prepares and updates trusts that allow clients to dictate specific handling of assets and care for heirs, and she assists with trust administration.

Katie has a particular interest in working with nontraditional relationships and families in estate planning, to ensure her clients’ wishes are met if they become disabled or when they pass. She proactively helps clients with unique estate planning situations that can occur with non-married couples, as well as with those co-parenting children in which only one parent is biological.
