Biography

A Knoxville native, Katie earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee in 2017, majoring in Accounting, with a collateral in Finance.

Katie remained in Knoxville to attend the University of Tennessee College of Law where she graduated cum laude in 2021. During law school, Katie was Treasurer of both the Student Bar Association and Law Women. She also served on the Admissions Committee, the 3L Class Gift Committee, was a member of the Inns of Court, and was a Marketing Editor for the Transactions Journal on Business Law.

After two clerkships with the firm during law school, Katie joined as an associate in 2021. She has a broad practice that focuses generally on employment law, assisting and advising employers on a variety of employment matters arising under state and federal law. Her practice also includes general litigation.

Katie currently resides in downtown Knoxville with her husband and their rescue dog, Archie.
