Biography

Katrina Ashely Joseph is an Associate at the firm's Fort Lauderdale West office, where she focuses her practice on first party property.

Born and raised in Miami, FL, Ms. Joseph is a first-generation college and law school graduate. She attended Florida International University where she graduated magna cum laude with her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. She then pursued her life-long passion of becoming an attorney and attended Florida International University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude.

In law school, Ms. Joseph was on the Dean's List each semester and was part of the Black Law Student's Association, the Event Coordinator for the Criminal Law Society, and the Vice President of the Caribbean Student Bar Association. She was also a research assistant for Death Penalty and received awards for her excellence in serving her community, surpassing 150 hours of pro bono work.

Her favorite accomplishment in law school was her internship with the Honorable Judge Melissa Damian at the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida.
