Katrina E. Waizer

Katrina E. Waizer is an associate at Walsh & Amicucci LLP, and focuses her practice on estate planning and trust and estate administration. Katrina received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2014.

While at Fordham, Katrina was a member of the Fordham International Law Journal, a judicial intern at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, and a summer associate at a New York City commercial litigation and real estate firm. She also volunteered with the Iraqi Refugee Assistance Project (now the International Refugee Assistance Project, or IRAP), an organization that provides legal assistance to individual refugees seeking resettlement, was selected to participate in the Walter Leitner International Human Rights Clinic, where she conducted human rights law fieldwork in South Africa, and was awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, cum laude.

Katrina graduated cum laude from Brandeis University in 2010, with a B.A. in History. Katrina is a member of the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, the Trusts and Estates and New Lawyers Sections of the Westchester County Bar Association, and the Trusts and Estates Section of the Westchester Women’s Bar Association.
