Kediejah Lynnisha Sullivan is an Associate in the firm's Orlando office. Her practice areas include bad faith and extra-contractual liability, business/commercial law, insurance defense litigation, Personal Injury Protection (PIP), premise liability, SIU insurance fraud defense, trucking accident defense, and vehicle negligence.Ms. Sullivan obtained her undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences with concentrations in Africana Studies and Political Science from the University of South Florida. She then earned her Juris Doctor from University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, she externed with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida as well as served as a Justice on the SBA Supreme Court.Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Sullivan worked as an Associate at a local civil litigation firm. She also enjoys collecting vinyl records in her spare time.
