Keenan Loder

Keenan Loder joined Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP in September 2023. Mr. Loder was previously a Summer Associate and Law Clerk with the Firm. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Loder was a legal intern for the New York State Attorney General’s Office.

Background/Education

Mr. Loder graduated summa cum laude (valedictorian) from Albany Law School of Union University in 2023 with his Juris Doctor. During law school, Mr. Loder served as a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law and was the Editor-in-Chief of the Albany Law Review. Mr. Loder also received several awards for academic achievement, including the Trustees’ First Prize, the Siegel Scholarship, the Frank M. Patterson Prize for Contracts, the Cardozo Prize for service to the Albany Law Review, the John C. Welsh Prize for Property and Trusts & Estates, the Eugene M. Karp Prize in Trusts & Estates, the Matthew Bender Prize for Trusts & Estates, and the Maurice Supiro for graduating as valedictorian.

Prior to law school, he earned a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Business Management from Molloy College and played for Molloy’s basketball team.

Originally from Richmondville, New York, Mr. Loder currently lives in Altamont. In his free time, Mr. Loder enjoys working on his family’s farm and spending time outdoors with his girlfriend, Mariah, and their dog, Ivy.
