With a passion for protecting the rights of his clients, Keith A. Mitnik has several years experience defending clients charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes. He is co-counsel in the defense of Capital crimes that require either a life sentence or death by lethal injection if one is convicted. He has successfully resolved over 2,300 cases. While employed with the Florida Department of Labor and Employment Security, Mr. Mitnik assisted the Judges with mediation and administrative hearings before the Judges of Compensation Claims. Mr. Mitnik joined the firm of Tucker Mitnik, P.A., in 2007, and works closely with Timi Tucker. Keith provides strategic counsel in some of Brevard County's most high-profile and highly-contentious litigated cases.
